When is the first monthly payment due?
First monthly payment of $99 is due 30 days after your first round of letters are shipped NOT 30 days after enrolling.

What are client responsibilities?
TO ENROLL YOU MUST BE IN A GOOD FINANCIAL POSITION. YOUR VIEW ON THE PROCESS IS VERY IMPORTANT AS REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS IS IMPERATIVE AND WILL HELP US TO BE ABLE TO WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM.
YOU ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO SIGN UP FOR CREDIT MONITORING FOR $1 for 7 days AND $27.99 PER MONTH. THE CREDIT MONITORING FEES ARE NOT PROCESSED THROUGH AS WE ARE A SEPARATE COMPANY.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN YOUR CREDIT MONITORING MONTHLY FEE, OUR $99 MONTHLY FEE AND STAY ON TIME WITH ANY OPEN CREDIT CARDS AND LOANS THAT ARE IN GOOD STANDING.

We will not use other credit monitoring sites however we do have our clients pull their fico scores after finishing credit repair.
How long is the credit repair process?
The repair process can be different in most cases however most tend to spend on average between 8-12 months in the process however it can be more or less depending on how the Credit bureaus/Creditors and Collection agencies responds to us.
The time frame is not based on the amount of accounts but the type of accounts.
Also some creditors are more stubborn than others so this timeframe can be for
those with 1-100 accounts.

There is only three entities who actually have access to remove, update or make changes & that’s the credit bureaus, original creditors or collection agencies.
When we challenge accounts we do it on a monthly basis.
A deletion comes from a positive outcome of the investigation process which we send each month. So although we post clients with student loan deletions, Evictions,, Repossessions, credit cards etc..., we just assist but it didn’t physically come from our office per-say.
Hiring a Credit Repair Company is kind of like hiring a defense attorney. Attorneys are paid for their time & expertise but never guarantee a win. It’s pretty much the same.
On our credit analysis calls we do discuss the time frame you may experience in repair based upon your profile but everyone will have a different outcome.
We don’t recommend anyone to enroll unless they are willing to put in a minimum of 6-12 months no matter the amount of accounts they have however it still can be more or less.

How to not have your appointment cancelled?
We will be extremely busy and because spots are limited all steps must be followed thoroughly and if not you may lose your space and discount.
Following the proper steps on the application which incudes creating your credit monitoring account. If you already have Idenitity IQ you do not need to make a new one.
When submitting you log in details on your application, please ensure you double check its correct (spelling, capitalization etc......
Type your email and phone number in correct.
If you can not keep your appointment please cancel 24 hours prior.
Funds must be available the date of your appointment. Credit/Debit card must be in your name only.
Do not fill out the application or book an appointment for someone else.
